Items that arrive damaged will be replaced free-of-charge if unusable. We reserve the right to refund or credit you towards a future purchase if an item should arrive damaged by still playable (i.e. a cassette tape with a crack in the case). Damage must be reported within 1 day of delivery. Please take photographs and message us immediately if your merchandise arrives damaged. AYLI will make every effort to make things right.
